Video Uploads: We upload AI-generated language learning videos to our own YouTube channels through automated workflows. Comments and Playlists: We post educational vocabulary comments on our own videos and organize our content into playlists on our own channels. Analytics Data: We retrieve performance metrics (views, watch time, audience retention) for our own published videos to inform content strategy decisions. 3. How We Use Information All information accessed through the Application is used exclusively for the following internal purposes: Publishing language learning content (episodes and YouTube Shorts) to our own YouTube channels. Managing playlists and posting educational comments on our own videos. Analyzing the performance of our own content to improve quality and audience engagement. Information Sharing and Disclosure We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share any information accessed through this Application with any third parties. Data Storage and Security Analytics data retrieved from our YouTube channels is stored in a private Airtable database accessible only to authorized Big Idea Entertainment personnel. Authentication credentials are managed through secure OAuth 2.0 connections and are never exposed or shared. 6. Data Retention We retain analytics and performance data for our own YouTube content for as long as it is useful for our internal content strategy purposes. This data pertains exclusively to our own published content and does not include any personal information about YouTube viewers. We do not retain any data about individual viewers, subscribers, or commenters beyond what is publicly visible on YouTube. 7.
